Lemme be real frank. I'm not a wealthy kid, and I'm into short, not easily achieved haircuts. I came in with anxiety, a couple pics, and some hopes/dreams, and Mackenzie was AWESOME. She told me what was up and did a beautiful job trimming my damaged hair and advising me about care. Definitely coming back for her excellent service and fly style

Have gotten a dozen cuts here, and they are always friendly and the price is reasonable. As with any place, some cutters are a little more talented than others, but I've never gotten anything I wasn't happy with. We also bring our son and they do well with children too. The complaints about wait times are exaggerated IMO and we've never waited more than 15-20 minutes even when we've just walked in.

Horrible. I had called in ahead of time and made an appointment but when I got there, I still had to wait 30 minutes before anyone got to me. My layers are extremely uneven and look terrible. I do not recommend this place.
