I went to this location in need of getting matched with a foundation. I am so happy I went here because the Lancome Advisor Melina was absolutely the best! She helped me in everyway possible. I have no knowledge of make-up and she helped me get everything I needed. The sales associate Cameron was so friendly and helpful as well! Thank you for helping me find products I can feel confident wearing and for great customer service! Absolutely had a great time and will return again.

Employees are nice but the store is bleh. Shelves for anything on sale is bare. Clearance items usually appear used or tampered with. Don’t ever come to this location expecting to actually receive one of the promotion listed in the ad. Even if you go in the first day they either didn’t receive or sold out. Then they are so nonchalant about it. It’s a bit infuriating.

I'm always impressed when I visit stores that have great customer service. Went to Ulta to get my makeup done for graduation pictures. Kristin was awesome. I walked to the back of the store and checked in with an associate, and felt so cared for! Offered a bottle of water. Kristin asked my input the entire time and was patient with my lack of knowledge about make up. Kristin even offer to have an associate come in early on my graduation day to do my makeup. Grateful that I chose to visit Ulta in Arborland.

Sold me an expensive perfume set with one broken bottle, had to go back in Mother's Day and instead of doing an even exchange refused to find something at the same price charged me an extra $10.00. You would think they would just swap it out, as it was sold to me broken and not my fault that they were sold out. Not having the best experiences with ulta, thinking I need to go back to the makeup counters in Macy's and hit Walmart for my favorite drug store brands. Then found that my boyfriend spent over $100 on frangrance for me and was not given the free bag or wallet but given a 2016 Christmas men's carry bag for me. 😕 Thanks ulta for giving me a wonderful Mother's Day gift. I will definitely not be back and cancelling my membership and credit card.

I went to Ulta to get my hair and makeup done, they did an excellent job! I showed the makeup artist a picture of the makeup look that I wanted to achieve and she did it exactly the way I wanted, same goes for the hair as well. They were really friendly and definitely not short staffed. I had more than one stylist working on my hair because I had a short time frame and they did a great job in a short period of time.
