Went in last week and ask for the same haircut I’ve been getting for years, the woman screwed up my hair so bad. One section of my hair is 3 inches shorter than the rest. I called when I got home and the general manager wasn’t going to be there for a week. She told me she would have her call me on Monday. Monday came and went, Thursday I finally called and she stated she tried calling. As it turned out the stylist had wrote down the wrong number. I was told she could fix it if I came in. I told her I was not cutting my hair 3 inches shorter. Then reluctantly she said if I came in she would refund it. I went in she refunded the haircut but when I asked for the tip back she scoffed and said she couldn’t do that. I’ve never been so irritated with how this situation was dealt with. They acted like it wasn’t a big deal but here I am walking around with half a mullet because she didn’t listen to me. Would not recommend to my enemy for how I was treated.

I asked to have trimmed as I am growing my hair out. When I got home one side of my hair was longer than the other. Alot!!! The whole cut was bad. She didn't trim the bottom or my neck. I asked taper the front toward my face and I have a blunt bang line. It was down to the bottom of my ear, now it is pretty much cut up over the ear. She decided I should have a elderly lady from the 60's hair do. I'm going to have to find someone to fix it. I'm afraid what would happen if I went back. Worse haircut ever!!! I use to have a cosmetology license so I am coming from the voice of experience.
