For our wedding party, we booked Fran Coys Salon to provide make-up and hair services to our girls, and we also scheduled massages for several of the guys in our party. Throughout the process, I worked with Kari, our scheduling coordinator through Fran Coys. She was marvelous, reaching out throughout the process and quickly providing any information we needed and answering questions we had. The day of our wedding, all of our wedding party members that received services at the salon had an outstanding experience. Everyone was warm, professional, and above all, accommodating to any of our needs & requests. They provided our party with our own room to hang out in and allowed my sister to provide refreshments on hand to enjoy while getting ready. I would highly recommend Fran Coys to anyone looking for the above-mentioned services for their wedding day preparations. It was a wonderful experience for all of us involved.

I recently moved to the Ann Arbor area and thought I would check out this salon. I was apprehensive to try a new salon as I really loved my salon where I used to live. I was pleasantly surprised. It is a beautiful spacious building, and the staff were very friendly. I was there to get a pedicure, and liked it so much I went back the following week to get my hair done. I loved my stylist. He did a really wonderful job (Davie). I will definitely go back again. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was I thought the front desk staff were not as friendly and cheerful as I am used to, and I had to wait for around 10 min to get into my appointment.

I highly recommend Amber Nichole. I have been going to Amber for 5 months now. She is very good at coloring and cutting my hair. I always leave feeling great and look forward to coming back. Fran Coys is a fun, busy and upbeat place where everyone is very friendly and professional when I come in. Its nice that they are always fully staffed which is the best service. Thank you for doing such a great job.

The check is process is quick, and the hair stylists are on time 99% of the time (sometimes a style takes longer, people are late for appts, etc. - they do their best). Wonderful stylists. Well worth the money.

Update 2/21/18 - I've visited several times since then and all is good. Usually get a sports pedicure or a massage. Holly and Linda are great. Previous Post - I've had a couple of poor experiences here that come down to social uncomfortability and inflexibility with appointments. Unfortunate because prior, I've had great experiences with the pedicures and massages. Will reassess if I want to keep Fran Coys as my primary spa care location.
