Amanda did a great job on my cut and was super friendly! Prices are very reasonable and they accept coupons on top of that. I felt very comfortable at this salon.

I used to go to this place because they had couple of good stylist. This time, none of them was at the store! Terrible haircut this time! The stylist (Bree) does not have the skills for this job! she cut my hair unequal in both sides and more than what I asked for. Even in one side, there are different lengths on one line from top to my ears :( When I came back home, my wife had to cut my hair one more time to make acceptable. You can imagine how short is my hair now!!!! Not happy at all!!! The stylists stair at you and your hand when you are signing the bill to make sure you are giving the tip and how much! I am not going there anymore!

The worst haircut I've ever had! She absolutely chopped up my hair. I asked for a simple cut all one length no layering. I showed her a photo. She ignored everything I asked for. Never again!!

Honestly...I don't even know if the barber had any training. I requested emo bangs. 1) she didn't know what "emo bangs"/"emo hair" was(idk how, it's a pretty well-known style) 2) I described the cut to her in detail, and she screwed up. Really badly. 3) I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, which isn't a good sign... Overall, my experience was bad :/ I don't recommend this place to anyone, the service is terrible.

I went to Ann Arbor-Saline Great Clips for the first time today. Packard was filled up 74 minutes ahead of me and both people I wanted were not available. I waited only about 15 minutes and had HUI for my stylist and she did a very nice job. I liked the two people who were working there and it is closer for me than the Packard Road store that I have gone to for about five years.
