I have pretty long hair and am always a little apprehensive before I get a haircut because my cuts usually come out to be way shorter than I wanted. I had Brooke cut my hair and she was great! She frequently asked throughout the haircut if the length was okay instead of quickly cutting off tons of hair. It turned out exactly how I wanted it. This has been the first time in a while that I've been satisfied with a haircut!

Was very unhappy with the service. They gave me different prices when i called vs when i went in, they were very rude and kept telling me "they didn't have time for me" even after they had said they would do it.

Honestly, kind of disappointed. Went in yesterday to get my hair lightened with a more balayage/ombré look and after 3 hours and $150 later my hair still looks pretty much the same as when I walked in there. My colorist was nice but I feel as though she knew it wasn't really what I wanted and it became kind of awkward from there on. The only request I had for her was to make it blend well and not seem streaky and I guess I got what I asked for because my hair doesn't look any different. I'm a little bummed to say the least.
