I have been going to the Clawson location for awhile now and I always have stylist Amy do my hair. She does a terrific job as she is very precise and a perfectionist, and also very nice. I highly recommend her to everyone!

I just walked in and as I was sitting in the chair the woman there ask me what I'd like done. I showed MIA a picture. I asked who was up for the challenge. Mia took me, she began wetting and combing my hair. She told me that my hair tangled and the reason why was because it was dry and damanged. No that is not why! I use natural shampoo so there isn't any buildup or slippery type feel/condition in my hair when wet. I also have colour in my hair and a perm. The picture called for hair lenght an inch or so below my ear lobe I said not that much do a inch or so. My hair was at my shoulders. She took it up 3inches--! She then began to layer my hair. I shouted, "STOP, what are you doing." She then told me that the picture has it all layered. I said it does NOT! It is textured at the bottom and bangs a bit.... She then asked another if they wanted to finish my cut as if I was being a 'difficult' customer as it it was my fault. NEVER again MIA, never again!

Really nice people. Have had about 10 haircuts at this location and they have yet to mess it up. They are really good at working that tip!

I've had mostly good experiences here. The one time I got a bad haircut, I came back the next day to see if somebody could do anything for me Daniella trimmed things up and you could never tell there was ever a problem.
