Always fast and friendly. It's cool that you can check in online and that they save the settings for your haircut so you don't always have to keep explaining it.

I've been here a few times and my experience varies each time since i dont always get the same person. Megan gave my kids their first haircuts and she does an amazing job, unfortunately shes usually not working when i come in and the other stylists do good but I often find that they miss spots and i have to fix it at home, if my boys need a cut and Megan isnt working i usually just do it myself now but she definitely has given them the best cuts out of anyone thats done their hair and even let them watch youtube on her phone to keep them entertained.Came in today for a cut/trim and im extremely happy. Keylla cut my hair for me and she nailed it. The image in my head as i was describing to her what i wanted is exactly how it turned out. It usually comes out close to what i wanted but most of the time stylists dont want to cut my layers as short as i want since i like the rest to be pretty long but she had no problem doing it and she made it look great. Will definitely be back to have her cut my hair again and will recommend her thank you Keylla!

I walked in with hair down to my butt excited for a new cut. I wanted to donate my hair but that went out the window when my stylist used clippers to cut the majority of my hair off. I wanted my hair cut to my shoulder blades, but now it barely reaches the nape of my neck. When I got home and washed the product out of my hair I noticed an inch difference in length between the sides. The layers look like I let my 3 year old cut them. Lesson learned never get your hair cut by someone trying to quit smoking while working till close on a Saturday.
