Only ever had one bad cut here and that's because I walked in and my go-to girl wasn't there. Ask for Jessica. Great attention to detail each time.

Went in late one Sunday afternoon. I made an online appointment for my 8yo son. The place was clean and looked awesome. The 2 stylists spoiled my boy and I. His hair was cut well, and still looks good a week after. We will be returning.

First time there, went on a Thursday about 7pm, took me back right away. Showed picture of the haircut I wanted. Stylist knew exactly how to cut it. Great atmosphere, awesome conversation!! Definitely be a repeat customer!!

Every once in a while you find one of those gems that coming in has you wondering is it worth it and then when the 5 star treatment is given and perfection achieved, I will go nowhere else as long as they keep this attention to a quality experience.

Scheduled a appointment for first available at 11:15 am and arrived at 11:10 am and checked in and sat down. Lady finished another gentlemens cut and came to front counter another guy walks in with no appointment checks in and she offers him a beverage and has him sit down and never acknowledged me. She goes back cleans her area. Meanwhile another man checks in so now there is 3 of us waiting. Lady finishes cleaning comes back to counter has guy that did not have an appointment go back to get a his hair cut. It wouldnt have been that big of deal if I hadn't of already been waiting a half hour for an appointment I was at on time. Poor customer service I ended up walking out and went down the road to Great Clips where they wanted my business and I was in and out in 15 mins.
