We walked in with 4 cuts and a line of people ahead of us and they were busting people out in a very timely fashion. There was one lady who was taking a little longer on her cuts but they still looked great. Now my kids are all set for going back to school!!

I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted, and the stylist gave me since great suggestions and knocked it out of the park. I feel ten years younger and my hair looks great. The wait was completely reasonable too, and the online check in tool is fantastic.

I've heard the horror stories from getting haircuts from Great Clips. But I was really needing a haircut and said whatever I'll give it a try. What a mistake. I cannot believe how horrible my hair is. I work in a professional atmosphere. I had to have my wife clean my hair up with my face razor because my hair was so ridiculously bad. Not even 2 minutes after walking into work the day after my haircut my boss asked me "please tell me you didn't pay for that haircut." Then he sent me home to have my hair fixed. That's when I had to have my wife actually fade my hair because I basically had a bowl cut instead of a fade. I am a 27 year old combat veteran whose only been out of the military a short time. I am not a very picky person at all. I have never left a review for a bad haircut. This just had to be said due to the fact that it was so bad. I will never return to Great Clips even if I had a lifetime supply of free haircuts.

Most of the ladies are good and are nice I had one tell me though that what I wanted wasn't what I wanted based on the description they put in the computer on my regular cut
