Nice store with a lot of product. My only issue is that I use a specific product and the consultant is never there. While I was given a business card so I could call to check if the consultant was in I find that a bit rediculous. I can understand working only certain days, but your days and hours should be set. A consumer should not have to call to check if the person is there each time you want to come in.

See my previous review. They still will get all items for you and hold them at the front registers for you. That is if you have already read Ulta ads online or your paper mailer one; and know exactly what you want. If you are not sure what you want, they will tell you how long it might be to be helped. If you have ten mins, it is worth your wait! You get good help, and advice. Now they hired more help. You get assisted faster than before!! A plus grade for improvements. (Remember, holidays are nuts anywhere, people. Be fair.)

I recently took my daughter into the Lapeer Ulta Store and we were amazed by the wonderful customer service we received. From the moment we walked, we were greeted by smiling sales associates willing to help us with whatever we needed. While looking at make up and trying to decide what would be the best items to start building a make up collection, a manager named Brooke overheard us. Brooke stopped what she was doing and started asking us questions. We told her what we were looking for and she immediately took over, in a good way. She listened to what my daughter wanted/needed, showed what products would be best and why. What products to steer away from and why. She gave us both tips and tricks about application and people to follow on social media. I was so happy that she over heard us talking. Ulta gained 2 new customers today and when we go in we'll always seek out Brooke to help us with our shopping.
