I live in Dewitt, tried Great Clips for the first time on NY Eve. I was fortunate to be helped by Jasmine, she did a great job. She was attentive, pleasant, we had a good conversation, and most important of course, she did a very good job on my hair cut. She listened to what I wanted and stopped several times to check in on progress. I'll be going to back to see Jasmine going forward. Hopefully mgmt. reads this: one additional note, there was another stylist working, a middle aged white woman, who needs some coaching on the volume of her voice. She was practically shouting, it was quite obnoxious.

I took my kids here last month. We loved Marissa and she ensured the best haircuts by really listening. She was also great with my kids! The other employees were really rude. The one guy would walk around and do his hair while she had to check them in because it was getting busier. The manager and him would be in the back at times not even helping out. Couldn't grab a simple phone call or anything. Marissa was nice about it and would go do it and we understood it wasn't her fault. She made the best of it and seemed like it didn't bother her. But I thought that was rather rude to make her do it. I recently heard she no longer works there and my reason to 1 star. The one guy I think his name was Jake, talks about his life story and drama and the manager that brags she is one seems like a snob and doesn't even do good haircuts. I will be taking my kids elsewhere now.

Highly recommend this location! I don't normally like coming to great clips because I never have good experience, however I decided to go to great clips in Dewitt and ended up having a amazing experience!! Staff were VERY friendly and the stylists listen to what I had to say, never once rude or made any negative comments about my obnoxious looking hair and I had ended up with a amazing haircut, they even said that if I didn't like it I could always come back. I ended up loving the haircut!! Jake, my stylist made my experience better at great clips so that I will keep coming back. His coworker lexy (which I thought was maybe the manager but I could be wrong) she gave advice as well and it was amazing advice and I if I didn't go to Jake again I would be going to her, I can trust the staff they have! I even went as far as having my mom go to Jake, now she won't go to anyone else because she feels that he's the only one who gets her hair!! Honestly they made my experience at great clips better than I've ever been treated in any great clips before! Thank you! I WILL be back soon, I have engagment pictures next week and this place is the only great clips I trust for my hair. I'd give their staff 10 Stars if I could!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
