Sweet goodness, this is the first time I"ve ever walked out of a salon THRILLED with my hair color and cut! Truly, so many times the color just is not right. I have brown hair and always dream of this awesome chocolate color and it often comes out brassy or red. This is the first time I've gone to Nikki. I found the salon through Googling. She is SO nice and personable and was so patient and genuinely interested is listening to all I was looking for out of my appointment. She nailed it, x10. My sister recently went to a local salon (not The Color Lounge) and does not like the color outcome. My sister came in while I was in the chair and Nikki was SO NICE and spent time w/her discussion her concerns and recommended a particular color treatment shampoo. I really appreciated her giving my sister that quick consultation. I will go back to Nikki for as long as she'll have me. Oh, and I love the salon. Smaller and quaint. The location is great - Cascade Rd. and Forest Hills. Easy drive for me, great parking. Sooo glad to not have to do downtown. THANK YOU NIKKI!
