Im now a boy....and i wanted to stay as a girl but from this cut, an old mans hair cut😩😩😩DONT ever cut my short...im now a boy🤬 (the cut🤬🤬🤬) Never go back 😢😭......how many times to say that “i dont want to be a boy???

Went in to get 1 inch cut off ends of hair. The owner cut layers in my hair so short they won't even go into a pony tail. It took me years to grow my hair all to one long length. Now I have to live with hair that I absolutely hate and can't do anything with. Depressing. She suggested a star cut which is what she gave me. The way she described it was nothing like the outcome. I basically have a mullet. Even tho I asked her prior will this cut be a mullet. Will be cutting my own hair for the rest of my life.

The worst, all I wanted was highlights, they made me gold I wasn't happy gave them another day to fix it. Refused to do what I asked, I'm a cosmetologist of 34 years, they soap capped my hair made it Parrott yellow with orange roots then swore a toner would fix it, I said no it won't it will be to dark and my roots will still be orange, assured me I was wrong, they did it and I was right. As I was being dried the stylist was hiding my breakage!

Used to love this salon...until new ownership. Last time I came in I had my eyebrows done and they looked like crap..then today I came back to give a second chance and they tell me an hour wait just for a simple eyebrow wax. Will not be back.
