People are always really nice. They save the details of your haircut in the computer which is extremely useful for someone like me which can never remember which buzzer they used last time. Checking in online is great as well

I get my hair cut here it's convenient and affordable. My last visit though required me to return and have a second stylist try and correct my cut. He told me he would do the best he could but it was really uneven. Fortunately this was the first BAD haircut I've received there and won't allow the girl the did the poor workmanship to touch my hair again.

Curtis and their staff are very helpful and friendly. I got the exact haircut I asked for. With no wait at all. Plus I used a $5.00 off coupon. The store is clean and well organized. I definitely recommend this location. Which is conveniently located near downtown Clio.

They like to keep a profile in the computer but ywice the notes havent been good so they screwed up my hair because they wouldnt listen to me myself!

Checked in online. Was able to get in and out with no problems. Price for a basic haircut keeps going up. I think it is getting expensive when all I'm getting is just a haircut. Employees push products on you and they are expensive.
