Melissa K. is the BEST at understanding your individual needs! She will be real with you and give you the best advice for taking care of your hair. Super knowledgeable and knows her stuff!! Iâ€™ve been going to Melissa regularly for over 10 years and she has never let me down once. She has done many of my friends hair, from short to long hair, and they all have love her work as well! Highly recommended!! Go see Melissa for all your hair needs!!!

DORA IS AWESOME!! She has been doing hair for 18 years and has been with Bianchiâ€™s for 18 years. I come in every week for her to style my hair and she always does a phenomenal job. She curls my hair and it is so soft yet has body and the curl is maintained throughout the evening. And I am pretty much a platinum blonde. She takes extra care when working with my hair and is very honest in terms of what would damage hair and what is the best way to get and maintain healthy hair. And an added bonus.....she is the sweetest person to chat with, she greets you with a beautiful smile, sheâ€™s not pretentious, and sheâ€™s very professional and takes her job seriously. I have been to salons from Birmingham to Bloomfield and Royal Oak- very high end salons in metro Detroit and have had hair stylists with egotistical attitudes who donâ€™t have nearly as much experience as Dora yet think they are Godâ€™s gift to the hair biz and they arenâ€™t. I enjoy and look for ward to my weekly visits with her. I am 43. And I have just started going to see her. Donâ€™t pass this stylist up. Sheâ€™s worth a visit.

I highly recommend Melissa K!!! She is extremely knowledgeable, genuinely cares, and individualizes each clients needs. My hair was severely damaged from extensions and over processing, but now looks and feels healthy again. She works wonders! I was also impressed with her professionalism and styling techniques. She's very personable which makes the entire salon experience enjoyable! Highly recommend.

Marina at Bianchiâ€™s Troy has hands of gold!!! She is an amazing hair stylist. I promise you will not leave her chair disappointed. Not only is she a great hair stylist but she is also such a humble person. I HIGHLY recommend her.

It was my first time at Bianchiâ€™s Salon and I had a great experience! Everyone there is very nice especially Ray, absolutely love her! She is a great stylist and Iâ€™m so happy with how my hair turned out. She did an amazing job on my color! I will definitely be going back to see her again!! Thanks again Ray
