After 10 years going to Daybreak, Woodhaven I decided to try the pricey nail service. I was referred to Brittany. On my way home from my 3rd visit I noticed two nails needed to be redone. I returned for the redo, Brittany said the nails were fine but fixed them. Once finished, she told me to not schedule appointments with her because she couldn’t work with me. She said my tone of voice made her nervous & caused her to make so many mistakes with my nails. I was surprised by her comments & request. I have no desire to return to a place that employs someone provides poor customer service & then blames the customer. Brittany needs more training in how to deliver a “relaxing and friendly experience at every visit” for each customer. And Salon Mgmt didn’t return my request to call me about this experience. Guess that explains why Brittany felt confident to blame a customer for her poor workmanship & why its time to find a new Salon.

Today was my first time at this salon and Suzanna did a wonderful job cutting and styling my hair! I was a little nervous because I have had the same stylist for so long but she moved and finding a new person is hard. You can tell Suzanna is just very comfortable with what she does and shows in her work. Will definitely be back again. The salon was beautiful and clean.

First time getting my hair cut here. First of all they need to update their list of services, description of services and prices. I booked an appointment with an advanced stylist and was told over the phone the price would be $45. My stylist had very little experience to be considered advanced. Then I was told the price was $50 when I went to pay. My stylist barely washed my hair.still felt dirty after the rinse and when I told her that she said the shampoo did all the work. Also, the description of this service was suppose to include consultation, stress relieving scalp massage, shampoo cut and blow dry. When I asked about the scalp massage I was told they didn’t do that anymore because of covid. Seems strange to me since they do facials there…. Having said all that, my stylist did give me a good cut and blow dry but I could have had a better experience and cleaner hair for under $30.

This was my first time at this Spa. Everybody was very friendly. It’s a very relaxing and clean environment. Pam did my massage and is amazing! She took her time and spent extra time in specific needed areas. I’ll definitely be going there to see her again in the near future. I would highly recommend Pam for a massage.

I've been seeing Marie for a few months now and she does an EXCELLENT job! I've referred a few friends to her because I trust her judgement and skills. She saved my hair/head from the WORST coloring job in the world (from another salon), making me feel and look beautiful again. I've never gotten more compliments in my life since I've been seeing her. 12/10 would recommend, I won't let another stylist touch my hair again

Marie did my wedding hair and make up and it was absolutely perfect! She took her time and even went and purchased specific items because I wanted a very natural look. I’ve never felt more beautiful as I did on my wedding day!
