Appointment not honored

Why make an appointment if I was made to wait behind several other people???? & the person working there just gave a smug smile when I asked about the delay for my appointment. No effort made to try & rectify the situation. I left without a cut otherwise I might still be waiting.

Great cuts.

I been going here for 10 + years Jodi always gave me a great cut,now Jessica has taken over and I could be happier with my hair cut.they know what there doing fair prices and very friendly.i won't go anywhere else.

I had an appointment. Showed up on time. Watched someone get their cut before me. Thought I’d be next. But no. Another person was called. When I asked about my appointment time, I got a smug smile & shoulder shrug. No effort made to explain or rectify things for me. Left without a cut. Very frustrating.

Omg!!! Carol and Jessica are absolutely amazing!!! Super friendly and I have to say Jessica definitely went above and beyond! And prices are unbeatable....they totally made my day! You have gained a loyal customer 😊❤ Thank you SO much!
