If feeling like you were interrupting their evening and walking away without a haircut was the experience you're trying to give then you should be commended. This poor feeling and experience I left with will assure me in the future that I will never return. Hope for your sake you correct this poor customer experience. I would never recommend going here. Today was my first time at this salon so I called ahead and asked if I had to make an appt for shampoo and style haircut because I had a photo shoot with my newborn son later today . The lady stated that they don't accept appts but directed me to the app or "check in" online and it shouldn't be a long wait. I did and made my way in 15 mins later. The two ladies working were welcoming when I first came in but once she started cutting my hair she was very moody and seemed agitated that she had to cut my hair. She got to a "finishpoint" and asked me if I wanted product in my hair. I asked about the shampoo and style and she proceeded to tell me that I should have made an appt a week ago. Now I'm irritated because I feel that my haircut was rushed and choppy and I'm not getting what I wanted for my photo shoot later. I'm now running out of time and my hair looks awful for this important event. I had to go to a different salon and have them fix my cut and style my hair. If your salon requires a week notice to do a shampoo and style that should probably be stated on your website under what services are offered.

Customer service was okay, but the girl was really pushy for me to buy something after my haircut and when I got home and dried it, the ends look like they've been weed whacked. Will NOT be returning. Ever.

I have been bringing my young son here for over 2yrs. today I had a horrible experience. The stylist argued with me about giving my son a scissor cut with no clippers. I told her another stylist had told me to only get scissor cuts b/c the clippers will change texture. Well she said no, but I still just wanted scissor cut. She argued with me in front of 3 other customers and I took my son right out of the chair and we left with no haircut. Drove down the street and got a great one! The stylist didn't even ask or try to use clippers. Very disappointed in this experience and great clips. Will never go back!
