Worst experience ever; had an appt for 9 a.m.; drove 2 hours to get there and braider attempted to start on my hair at 11:45 with an inconclusive ideal of giving me the kind of braids I was requesting; later sent another braider to do the job, which ended up giving me a braided cornroll-style that I did not drive 2 hour to walk out with. I feel they are very unprofessional; talked on their phones and to each others the entire time. I feel professionalism comes when you are doing your jobs in a manner that represent your company... too much gossiping when customers are in their chairs and other customers are waiting to be assisted. This was a learning experience for me, first time there by recommendation but I will Never attend their business again.
