I've been coming here for two years and have always been happy with the haircuts. However, this time it was a disaster. This blond lady, who failed to mention her name (which I didn't think twice about; maybe she had a nametag, but I never noticed) starts cutting my hair. She was very condescending the whole time, and when I said, "Sorry, my hair gets snarls very easily, when it gets longer it's worse" she said that length didn't matter. When I tried to explain that having longer hair just made the snarls harder to deal with, she snapped with "Length. Doesn't. Matter". When she said the texture of my hair was why my hair gets snarled, and I asked a question so I could understand it more, she just snapped with "it's just the texture of your hair. Do you understand what I'm saying?" At the end, she never asked if i wanted to see the back of my hair or see my undercut, both of which are botched and uneven. When I got home and saw the result in the mirror, I see why she never asked if I wanted a look at my hair to see if I was alright with it. I don't want to complain to anyone because I'd probably just cry a lot, and I do realize one employee isn't representative of a whole company, but I would like to just give a warning out there to people: please always check your hair in the back first to make sure it's alright! And this lady has been my only bad experience here in two years, so the place is worth a shot.

Typically a nice place to go to. Could offer more than just cutting hair. But good nevertheless

"A woman who cuts her hair is about to change her life" . This quote encapsulates the fact that big events happen after a haircut is performed. In my fiance's case, she is getting married to me in less than two months. So you can imagine the rage I have for this place, and specifically the woman who cut her hair, and made it so i could barely recognize my fiance's hair. After all When one goes into a hair salon there is a certain understanding that there is no reversing what happens, and that the customer will have to see the results for at least 3-6 months or so. With this comes quite a bit of trust that must be had between barber and clientele. This trust was broken when the barber never showed her the back of her hair, how uneven the cut of her hair, and how completely and totally rude the barber, if you can call a hack with a pair of scissors a barber, was to her the entire time. If you value your hair, the way you look for months at a time, and how you are spoken to, never go to this place.

It was alright. As I waited, a stylist accidentally cut too close on a gentlemen’s haircut with the buzzer and mouthed “oops” and then preceded to lie to him, instead of fixing it, saying that it was just ruffled from the haircut and should flatten when he showered, even though it was an obvious strip of hair that was half as short as the rest. And then she became my stylist and made a face when I showed her what I wanted. As she was cutting my hair, she would take periodic moments to chat with her co-workers about a new employee and her 1yr old son as I just sat there, and she made no effort to make any sort of conversation. She only used scissors to cut my hair so now in places it is a bit uneven and choppy and when I was shown her “finished” product, I was not impressed. She did not do what I asked, completely changed my hair style, and there wasnt anything she could do to fix it, as I already had short hair. Leaving the store, I felt more like a sheep having been sheered than a customer with how cold and uninviting it was and in how it was quick without much thought or care put into it.
