My husband went today for the first time and he will not be going back. First of all we go in and a stylist (who I found out is the manager) just points to the computer says sign in and just turns her back on us, another customer that was waiting had to explain the wait times are displayed off to the side on a tv that just blends into the decor if you don't know it's there. So we take a seat in the waiting room, which was atrocious, the seats are horrid. They are made to look like bleacher seats which is a hard plastic they were so uncomfortable and so small your practically sitting on top of each other. So then my husband gets called and it's not too long before the stylist calls me back to look at husbands hair, She Cut it LOPSIDED!! And apparently doesn't understand what a fade is, It was so noticeable and she was saying it was the shape of his head doing it! NO it was not, so she asked ME how to fix it!! I do not cut hair how am I supposed to know. So then the manager comes over and is telling her its fine she just has to do this or that, even though we told her it wasn't what he was asking for. So I go back to the waiting room he comes out she had wet his hair and there is a bunch of long obvious hair she has missed cutting!!! And she tries to say she can't see it, I could grab a hold of them it was so long and obvious! She at least fixed that. We still paid even though the cut was not what he wanted but my husband said it was close enough and wasn't letting her cut it even more. But when we got home and he washed and fully dried his hair, you can tell were it's still unevenly cut, and looks a bit choppy in some places. This is one of the most unprofessional places we have ever been to.

It use to be great when Monica worked there. She did a great job. But the current staff just seems sub par. I'm usually not happy with my haircut and the MVP is not that enjoyable. I've gone back to my old barber.
