Whether I am in person or over the phone the employees are always willing to help and are super nice doing it! Especially today Emily C, Shaylin M, and Makayla K all worked together to help solve my ridiculous technology and rewards issues!

Always helpful staff. Only reason for 4 stars is I have to run in quick as the perfume smell gives me an instant headache limiting my shopping time in all Ulta's.

Angie did my hair in the salon and it came out great. My hair had to get lightened then colored and my hair is still very healthy and silky even after all the treatment done to it. I will definitely go back to her at Ulta for more hair care.

They seem very short staffed. I went in there to get product recommendations and the nice worker at the register had a constant line and was alone up there while another worker was in the process of doing a color match for someone. I waited around 15 minutes before calling it and leaving. Definitely not the workers fault! Just bummed because I was excited about buying some new products.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is clean and has a great variety. Only downside is how strong the smell of perfume is when you walk in...can easily trigger a migraine
