I normally do not do this, but I feel I have been treated poorly at this salon and want others to be aware. I booked an appointment for a consultation for my extensions and a root touch up a couple of weeks ago. When I got to the salon for my first visit they had only scheduled me for the 15 min consult and could not do my hair. Normally this wouldnt have been a major issue but I had a big event coming up. When booking the appointment over the phone I specifically said multiple times how it was more important to me to get my roots done than to talk about my extensions. I was obviously upset about the situation because I took off work to get my hair colored which takes a minimum of 2-3 hrs normally. Not only did I leave with no services rendered, they told me they could not accommodate me for 4 weeks out. They also said they couldn't color my hair without taking out all of my extensions. Considering I just had these extensions put in a month ago, I thought this was a bit ridiculous. I have had extensions in my hair for 4 years now and time and time again I get my hair colored without the hairstylist having to take them out. The manager was not accommodating of my situation and when asked to be referred to someone she told me I need to go back to my original salon. I told her my original salon was in New Orleans and she just had a blank look on her face and was still unwilling to give me any suggestions. Overall the salon looked up to date with nice products. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this salon because they were unaccommodating and unprofessional.

Jamie is awesome! The whole salon is great. Hip, trendy and on point. Love the shop dogs too!

As a bridesmaid, they didn’t listen to what I wanted my hair to look like as well as the brides. It looked ok for pictures but I would never go back to spend 75.00 there just for a mediocre updo.

Sarah & her team did the make up for our wedding. They were AWESOME and knocked it out of the park. Renee, Chelsea & Sarah kept everyone moving and kept us on time. They were friendly and provided tables for us to have coffee, drinks & breakfast. Everyone's make up and hard for my bridal party looked amazing. Thank you again for everything!!! :):)
