This is hands down the BEST salon I have ever been too. The owners are very professional,the environment is clean and comfortable. I will most definitely be coming back and I booked my next appointment, This was my first time at this salon and I had a very pleasant experience.
Update (1/12/18) I am disappointed in the fact that I was not let know at a earlier time that I MAY not be able to get my hair done later on today. The owner texted me at 6ish in the evening. At this point I have already taken my hair down so a text in the morning would have been Better. Don't get me wrong I appreciate the text but since I already have taken my braids out I needed to get my hair down ASAP. I had to call the salon to get a update. A phone call or something would have been helpful to know what was going on and now at 12:25 in the morning I STILL DO NOT KNOW IF I WILL BE GETTING MY HAIR DONE WHEN I MADE APPOINMENT OVER A MONTH IN ADVANCE. I am a college student with a job and no car so my availability window is limited. I understand people get sick I just wish the situation was handled different. The part that is making me disappointed was that the first 2 or 3 times I was there I HAD A AMAZING experience now this is making me reconsider. I just need my hair down and It is already hard for me to find a good salon with good service around here.I got my hair braided up today (1/13/17) I am so disappointed that neither one of the owners offered a apology for my inconvenience for a appoinment I had scheduled back in early December.
