I had been a client of Misy Blake for over 5 years and always had a very happy relationship with her and her work. Unfortunately I was contacted by a text, no less, and told I was no longer desireable as a customer for her. I am a diabetic who unfortunately while waiting in her hallway with my son went into a low blood sugar. This lead to a dramatic change in my behaiovr which was considered disruptive by another tenent of the building and she made a report to Misty as being disruptive but this client didi not even know my name. She was the only other person in the building at that time, asked me if we had an appointment with Misty and would I like her to call her. I said yes. I talked with Misty on the gal's phone and learned that my son's haircut was for the next day so we left. Within 5 minutes I was on the side of the road, an ambulance called and my being taken to Bronson Hospital. I tried explaining to Misty that she had known me for over 5 years and that behavior had never been exhibited before and was very out of character for me and it was due to a medical condition not my normal personality. I found the way she handled a long-time customer with a simple text dismissing me to be very unprofessional. Perhaps she did us a big favor because as a paying customer I do deserve better service and more professionalism.
