i do not recommend the hair salon at all. I went to the studio to get a BLK done and this was the aftermath. I went back a couple days afterwards to either get a refund or get it redone, the owner told me she would only refund me 15% back of the cost of $350 I spent on it, or her other option was for me to reschedule and have it redone. When the time of my rescheduled appointment came, I called to confirm my appointment and I was informed that the stylists that did my hair no longer worked there, so I would have to go find business elsewhere. Needless to say, I will never be going back and hope no one else has to experience this. The owner is awful

Chris has been doing my hair for 6 years! I have tried many different hairstyles and always feel confident in the studios services and customer service. They have always listened to me and I really feel like Chris and her team are good friends I can trust with my hair. Never going anywhere else in Marquette!

My 11 year old nice was charged $40 for a trim (all on length) that took less than 30 min and hair was not even. She had to have her hair redone later that day. I emailed company to discuss and they have not responded.

Chris is a wonderful designer, friendly and easy to talk to about my hair, and her experience shows! I see her do a great job with training new hires as well. I usually go in for partial or full foils to maintain my short blonde hair, and I get great advice for styling and maintenance.

Not pleased with my hair experience at The Studio with Lucy and under Christine's management. Highly suggest another hair salon if you are seeking hair color. Hair cuts, you should be fine. Try a better professional salon in the area who will give a higher level of expertise, care, and client experience. This felt more like a training salon than a professional salon.
