I went in for a haircut and they told me it would be 20 minutes but more like 25. I came back in 20 minutes and there were different people in the chairs getting their hair cut. The lady asked me if I was checked in and I said yes you checked me in 20minutes ago. She said it would probably be another 10 minutes.....I just left and went to a different salon. My advice is don’t tell people a time and then take other customers first.

I went to get my eyebrows done and the lady with blue or green hair was very friendly, she did a phenomenal job on shaping my brows and she complimented my hair :) very satisfied and would definitely recommend
