I’m at the point where I’m no longer going to shop in-store here. Typically I place an order online and have my husband pick up the order. Today, I unfortunately decided to go in and shop. When I was done shopping, I got checked out by a beauty advisor named Chloe. Usually, once the advisor gets your telephone number, they confirm your name to ensure they have the correct account pulled up. Chloe didn’t do this and she accidentally put my purchase on someone else’s account. I realized that she did this once I sent my receipt to this random persons email. Another advisor was extremely nice and fixed the issue. Accidents happen, and that’s fine. But, what’s NOT fine is the eye rolls and attitude I received from Chloe during this whole interaction. I’ve never had someone make me feel so uncomfortable in a store EVER- even before the situation happened. Please do better, Chloe. Nobody deserves to be on the receiving end of your bad day.
