Do not go there she charged my sister $150 which was fine and my sister paid her with 2 visa gift cards and the gift cards had $100 each and she took both. She was supposed to give her $50 cash back but she claimed she wouldn't have it until today. My sister was unable to come and get it due to living out of town and sent me to get the change. I went to get the change and she claimed that she had never gotten paid and was still needing the $150. I had to call my sister so that she could show the woman that the money had gotten taken out and she still tried to argue that she had never gotten paid. Fatouma claimed that she went to the store and was unable to use the card, but that was due to the fact that the cards had been swiped and she would have to go to or call the place in which her debit card thing was through. She tried to argue that she never charged her and tried to make me go with her to the store because she was trying to use the gift card that didn't have any money on it because she had already swiped it once and I told her no. She still would not give the $50 that she had owed in change even after talking to my sister about it. DO NOT GO TO HER PLACE SHE SCAMS ! She doesn't even deserve one star but because google wouldn't let me post without it I had to . STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rude loud too much talking in their own language and it really slows them down, not clean did not give me the hair style i requested. When they tied my braids the ties did not stay. Please let me know of any place better in the area.

Never once had an issue and my hair was always beautiful! The only place I go to for my hair braiding hands down!

I had my hair done this past Friday and I had to take it down within 5 hours because it was braided so tightly that it began to throbbing horribly until I had to remove the entire center just to release the pressure , I called and spoke with owner and she said she would do it, when I get there she tells me to come in and when I get there she says come back 2hrs later then makes me wait another hour sitting around while she did other things. They are rude, the aren't clean at all they speak their language all while trying to do your hair and it REALLY SLOWS them down. They yank on your head which is only going to hurt and make the already to tight braids even tighter. I think they are money hungry because they really aren't current on the styles, meaning they really don't know how to do it but will try to get close to what you want, just for the money. I WILL NEVER GO TO THEM AGAIN, AND I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO GO TO THEM. I COULD HAVE PUT MY WHOLE EXPERIENCE ON HERE BUT HOPEFULLY YOU GET THE DRIFT. THE TALKING THROUGHOUT THE HOURS YOU THERE ONLY ADDS MORE TIME, IT'S RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL, IF YOU PAY ATTENTION YOU CAN CATCH THEM TALKING ABOUT PEOPLE.

Had my box braids done in Sept. I couldn't wait to take them out. The braids were done waaay too tightly. I had to repeatedly ask the lady to not do them so tight. When I complained to the owner she said "maybe the hair was short there." I told her my hair was about 5 inches non-stretched, so there was no reason for them to be that tight. The lady who did my hair, I think was learning. She did not do a good job. She used too much hair for each braid, I ended up having way more braids than I wanted and she didnt braid them all the way to the end. They did not look good. I would not return to this salon again.
