I wanted to take some time to write a good review about my experience here. All the staff are very friendly, and helpful. They know how to make you feel welcome & they are willing to answer any questions. Faiza has been dying/cutting/styling my hair for about 4-5 months now, and she is so thorough with explaining everything to me. She is a genuine soul, who wants nothing more than to satisfy her clients! I would encourage anyone to come here!

Kristi Barile Is so good! As a woman of age who can NOT take care of her own feet any longer, Kristi pampers and has a very light touch, being well aware of my health history. She is thoughtful, gentle and ever so helpful! When the time comes for another "pedi" she will be my first choice at the Rochester Stephen James Salon and Spa location.

Lyndsey Endres is the best hair stylist I have ever had. I have never had anyone cut my hair like she does. She is truly gifted and as along as she is there, I will be a repeat customer. Not only a great hair cut, but an amazing scalp massage.

Great salon and friendly staff. Lyndsey is amazing - expert color AND cut. It's hard to find someone that knows how to cut hair as detailed as she does, and I always get compliments. Highlights always look natural and balanced. Best of all, she pays attention to what you say, so you leave the salon with the look you want and feeling awesome every time. HIGHLY recommended.
