My sons and I have been going to Charisma for many years. It is a warm and friendly place to go. The owner and her associates have always been very professional and friendly. They do everything they can to find an appointment time that works for our busy schedules. On occasion when they couldn't get us in, they were kind enough to text or call me when they had a cancellation and a spot opened up. We have always been happy with the haircuts we have received. The business is always clean and the seating is comfortable in their waiting area. I can't say enough good about this business. I have been to many hair salons. Charisma is the best.
