I have very curly hair and it takes a special stylist to tame it. I have found this with Natalie at Renee Salon. She takes such good care of my hair and I get so many compliments. This salon has the friendliest staff so I enjoy my 2+ hours in the chair. I always recommend them. Keep up the awesome work Renee Salon!!!!

Professional staff until something goes terribly wrong!! My first appointment with The stylist was a complete disaster. She left Aveda Bleach on my hair for over 45 minutes while she completed a full other appointment without once coming to check on me. (I should mention I had described how my hair had been handled to a T before she started, on top of a phone consultation) She continued to tell me after she rinsed that I would need to start parting my hair on the opposite side because all of my hair broke off on the one side. My hair has been continuing to break since the appointment. I called to speak with the owner to explain my concerns. She spoke very highly of The stylist and continued to tell me I needed to go back to see her again. The owner had zero concern for my feelings as a client and kept pushing my concerns under the rug. I mentioned "I know she is a great stylist and educator and not trying to discredit her at all but I unfortunately don't feel as confident to go back to her after this happened." ... The owner's response... "Maybe you are not very confident in yourself." The true color of this salon definitely shows when something goes wrong.. I urge you to spend your money elsewhere where you as the customer is the top priority and good customer service is also top priority. Also, insults from an owner should NEVER be spoken to just a concerned and disappointed customer.

I have been going to renees Salon for years and I absolutely love all of the stylists and staff. The salon is always clean and well stocked with Aveda products.

I love the good service and friendly atmosphere of Renee's Salon. I've been a customer for about 8 years now, most of those as a client of Michelle. Michelle does a great job taking care of my hair, even through a few life events. She always makes my hair look its best no matter what trend or "look" I am going for. I especially appreciate the unique products she has used for my unusual hair type. I love that I can get an apointment set up, and my confirmation, online or by phone or in person. And should I need to change my schedule at the last minute, they are very understanding and accomodating. The salon is beautiful; modern and very serene inside. The seating is very comfortable while getting cuts or treatments done or even just waiting. The staff make it cozy and friendly. I hope to continue as a customer for a very long time because this is the very best salon I've ever patronized.
