Megan is amazing. She is patient and makes you feel like you're at home with her. I went in and got my haircut for the first time and I really liked that she took the time to make sure that everything was how it should be and that I was happy with my haircut. I would recommend her to family and friends for sure! :) Thanks Megan! You're the best!

Go to Audrey !! She is amazing with color and has worked on my hair several times and every time it comes out exactly how i wanted.

I was here a few months back and in one month I spent well over $300 on my hair that I was very unsatisfied with the outcome. I contacted the salon "manager" the first time it was done incorrectly and they agreed to fix it but I still ended up paying! Yes I did buy a product for like $18 but because I asked the stylist to trim about 1" off I was charged around $60!!! And she butched my hair about 6 INCHES!!! So I contacted them again with being the "joke" of the salon so my husband contacted said "Manger " she said she'd call him back and NEVER did .... Maybe it was the stylist I had , maybe it was a misunderstanding but... when you show the stylist a picture of what you want and the final product is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT and 1" turns in 5"-6" as well as every time i was there for a minimum of 5 HOURS that's NOT acceptable business practices in my eyes.... So here I am a few months down the road I went to MASTERCUTS in the mall walked in showed the girl the picture of what I wanted she did an AMAZING JOB and it took her 1.5 hours!! I don't suggest this salon to anyone !!

I was apart of a wedding party that was a destination wedding in Traverse City- We absolutely LOVED our time at this salon. The bride and i were nervous about if the ladies would be able to hit our standards because we hadnt met them or any practice rounds because we were from out of town. Each girl had very specific request and this ladies catered to our every needs and gave us all EXACTLY what we wanted. I have two good friends that are professional hair stylists so my standards were high and they gave me the best updo i have ever had. Thoroughly impressed with the time they committed and the quality they gave us. Highly recommend. They also are a smaller salon so we had the salon to ourselves, and they kept us right on schedule.
