Had my bridal party get their hair done here. I had to call numerous times to confirm the appointment as they would either not call me back or would lose/forget about my appointment. We were told to be at the salon at 7am for the appointments, but the hair stylists didn't show up until 830. I tried contacting the owner with no avail (even still), numerous calls, messages, but no answer. No apology, no acknowledgement of how tardy the stylists were, nothing. The first stylist that showed up said 2 more girls would be there to make up for the lost time which would help, but only 1 stylist showed up. 1 of the 2 stylists seemed to know what she was doing, but the other stylist did not. The girls that had their hair done with her ended up having their curls fall out almost immediately after leaving the salon. I do not believe this place was worth all of my bridesmaids hard earned dollars. I would never go back there and will not suggest any of my friends to use this place, especially for a bridal party. The only reason they recieved 1 star from me is because they were the only salon around that took a bridal party on a Sunday.
