I took my son here for the first time, and it was a wonderful experience. His stylist was amazing, patient, friendly and was always smiling. Definitely recommend!

Our kid loves this place. They have made haircuts really easy for us and our toddler. The price is a lil on the spendy side, but hey, I can't imagine what these people put up with.... sooooo. KUDOS.

The customer service here is quite lacking. Stopped by to get my 4 year a hair cut. Open sign was not on, but there was someone at the desk. No customers in site at 2:10pm on a Thursday. I figured great we can get in . Nope, someone should be coming for an apt and there is not a spot until 3:30. Really? I did not see anyone pull up as we took the next 10 minutes to figure out a better place and calm down an angry baby brother. We have gotten decent cuts here before for my middle son. (not so much for my wavy haired boy, whose hair I can get trimmed in about 30 minutes) We won't be back. Too much unnessisary waiting.

Horrible customer service and NOT curly hair friendly. First, we had an appointment and waited 20 minutes past the appointment time before they acknowledged us. Then, they cut my son's curly hair wet, when curly hair needs to be cut dry, curl by curl. When I asked them to stop cutting it section by section, they kept going and said it's too time-consuming to cut it the correct way you should cut curly hair: curl by curl. They did a partial cut and we left. Since they did not finish the cut, I asked for a refund and they refused. I then asked for a partial refund since they only did part of his hair, and they refused. If you don't have straight hair, they will treat you like you are stupid since they went to school to become a stylist, not listen to your wishes or concerns and it will be a horrible experience. They are just out to make money as fast as possible since it's too "time consuming" to cut curly hair the appropriate way.
