Stopped in to get my daughter's hair braided. Kelli helped us - She was such a sweetheart and knows what she's doing. So often I find not many stylist know how to do french or dutch braids, I'm thankful to have found Kelli! I know my daughter and I will both be back to see her again! Also, Kelli recognized regulars as they came into the store, greeting them by name. One of the regulars was getting a cut from another stylist and she overheard the gentleman tell the stylist he thought he was a certain number with the razor, but she corrected him and said "I'm certain you liked it best with this number" and afterwards he thanked her, telling her she was right! Kelli's energy is uplifting and contagious, you can tell she has a passion for what she does! She's a great asset to Great Clips and I hope they know it!

Always friendly and quick. Check in online and their time's are almost always right. Not quite 5 stars just based simply off the fact that it is a chain store and you can get a not so good stylist.

Great experience today as per usual. Had my hair cut by Jennifer. Very down to earth and fun talking to. Did a great job as well. Staff always seems great.

I have been going here for probably 25 years and within the last five they have maintained a staff that seems to enjoy working there, they take pride in what they do and for the most part I have no complaints. They are a joy to work with and do an excellent job with my haircut when I go in.
