Recently for my last several hair cuts the wait has been agregious. Since the east valley store closed the wait was more that 45 minutes. Previously is was closer to 70 minutes. Not sure what the problem is but I am starting to look elsewhere perhaps a place that makes appointments. The stylists are great however.

I go there whenever I need a haircut. It’s always been easy and pretty good in terms of quality. The online reservation is pretty great as the place is busy.

Overall decent haircuts here. I'm a guy with an easy haircut, so take that into consideration. It's about what you would expect for the price. The waits here are generally not too long. Sometimes it depends on when you visited. At least once I had several people who checked in online ahead of me and I was told it would be an hour wait because of the people who checked in online, even the actual lobby was empty. I put my name on the waiting list anyway, stepped outside for a few minutes, and walked back in and they said they could take me right away because the people who checked in online weren't there yet. Just a little bit of an odd system. The staff there are very friendly. Some chat you up more than others. Pretty clean and they don't try to push products too often.
