I need to start this by saying that I have had some awful haircuts in my life so it took me a long time to get the nerve to try someone new. But I am so very very glad that I did. Greg was fantastic! My color was a disaster and is now beautiful! And I believe that my cut is the best I have ever had, no kidding. I absolutely mean that. Greg took the time to combine my face shape, my age and the fact that I am not good at styling my hair and came up with a cut and color that truly compliments me! He is amazing. If you or someone you know needs a new salon, give The Look a try. I am sure you all will be glad that you did. I know I was. I will be a client for life!!!!!!

Alaina is the best!! Before coming to The Look salon I was indifferent to past haircuts at other salons, they were just fine but nothing great. Every time I see Alaina I LOVE my hair! She always does exactly what I want, she’s super friendly and affordable! Now I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

♡♡FOUND HIM♡♡ It is my sincerest hope, that those of you that have been searching for, A STYLIST, take a moment to read my review on, THE LOOK SALON in Burnsville. Like each and everyone of you, I was on a journey of discovery, a journey to NOT just find someone to cut my hair but find a, TRUE STYLIST that would create a look that compliments me perfectly. I am very much into hair, I peruse Pinterest, Utube and the Internet Daily looking at what is trending, reading reviews and looking for 5 Star Salons. This is how I found Gregg Bakken, Owner and Master Stylist at, THE LOOK SALON, in Burnsville. When, I scheduled my appointment, I mentioned that I was a first time client. Unbeknownst to me, Gregg had set aside an hour and a half for my appointment which provided an opportunity to talk about what was working with my current style, the shape of my face and head, my profile and the features he wanted to accentuate. I have NEVER had a better cut and style NEVER!! I, of course as we all are when going to a new stylist, was feeling a little nervous and anxious but knew within minutes of having met Gregg that he is passionate about hair, style and products. It did not take long before I knew I was in the right hands. Please trust what I share with you in this post as I want you to be just as elated as I am with, THE LOOK SALON, GREGG, AND MY NEW STYLE.

Mikayla did an AWESOME job on my hair! I cut about 7" off and went from dark brown to super light blonde. The other stylists (and the owner I think) were interested in my hair as well, and everyone was so nice!
