Extremely unsatisfactory service. Was unable to make it to my appointment on time and tried to call to let her know, but she didn't answer and her voicemail was full so I couldn't leave a message. When I got there (only 15 minutes late), the lady across the hall told me she heard the woman leave out the back as I came in the front. I called a few more times and was finally able to get ahold of her via text. She was rude to me and would not make time to reschedule me before my event (my wedding- clearly an important event). I understand needing to keep a schedule in order to keep other appointments, but it is unprofessional to not answer your business phone when there is no way to leave a message, and then to be rude and unaccommodating when trying to reschedule. I also had already paid through Groupon, and the situation apparently does not qualify for a refund. Incredibly frustrating. I ended up having to find another salon to get eyelash extensions in time for my wedding- and that salon has been friendly, understanding, and polite. Do not recommend salon stylush.
