Used the online check in, never had a problem with it before or at any other great clips. Said 30 min wait and showed up 30 min later to see my name was not on the list and they had no record of me and couldn't accommodate me. Really disappointing. And yes, it was the right location.

Shampoo job was really good. The haircut seemed way too fast so I checked the length before getting up and it was uneven. The stylist fixed it when I pointed out problems, but I didn't look at the back at all. Hope it looks OK back there. The price is reasonable.

My 1st time with Paul for a cut. I hadn't had my haircut for 42 weeks so he had his hands full (literally) He did an awesome job giving me short hair again. My wife loved it as well. I'll definitely go back to Paul.
