When I moved to Rochester this spring I was not looking forward to finding a new salon and massage spa. Sarah worked hard to get me in for a massage the next day after moving. I go about every 3 to 4 weeks and have had 2 different massage therapist. Both did an excellent job . I also see Randy for haircuts.he always takes the time to listen and never gives less than an excellent haircut. The prices tend to be higher for this area but well worth it.

Ok, so, no. My friend, and I had a pedicure scheduled. At first it was great..... But they charged extra for a simple nail design. And when my friends nail artist thought she couldn't do the design , she left with out saying anything leaving one poor lady to do all the work. Since she had to do both of our nails we were charged for being there "overtime" just because one of their nail artist wasn't capable of doing a design. Like what the heck. Then the staff at the front desk were complaining about us taking to long. That was unprofessional, and rude. That is no way to treat a costumer. Plus it wasn't even our fault! Its because their staff may not be talented enough to do a simple design. Also their prices...OUTRAGEOUS! I can't even comprehend how many 0's were in our total amount due! If this is how they treat their costumers then they will keep loosing them.

I deal with anxiety and it was my first time there, so I was nervous. My appointment was with Randy, and he was fantastic! He asked me a few questions throughout, but didn't push conversation, which made me feel more comfortable. I will definitely get my hair cut there again!

Dana is amazing!!! I love going to this salon and seeing her. She has done everything I have asked her to do as far as color and cuts and has gone above and beyond what I could ever imagine!! I'm never going to anyone or anywhere else. I always leave stunned at her talents and in love with my hair!!! I HIGHLY recommend seeing Dana for you next cut/color. Bella is awesome too, I had a facial with her and it was so relaxing and she was so informative with my skin and knew what she was doing and talking about.

Michelle has been doing my hair for the last 13 years. She is excellent. She knows exactly what I want by taking the time to listen. She is up on the new trends and an absolute expert in color. I have always been a redhead but our next goal is to transition into gray. She has it all mapped out. I trust her judgement, professionalism and skills and enjoy our visits.
