Ok, so, no.
My friend, and I had a pedicure scheduled. At first it was great.....
But they charged extra for a simple nail design.
And when my friends nail artist thought she couldn't do the design , she left with out saying anything leaving one poor lady to do all the work. Since she had to do both of our nails we were charged for being there "overtime" just because one of their nail artist wasn't capable of doing a design. Like what the heck.
Then the staff at the front desk were complaining about us taking to long. That was unprofessional, and rude. That is no way to treat a costumer. Plus it wasn't even our fault! Its because their staff may not be talented enough to do a simple design.
Also their prices...OUTRAGEOUS! I can't even comprehend how many 0's were in our total amount due!
If this is how they treat their costumers then they will keep loosing them.
