Was awhile ago ! I got in right away. Had a cut, waxing and styling with no appointment!!! Was very pleased with everything!!!

I was staying in the Hibbing area for a couple of weeks, and needed a hair cut. I decided to take my chances and try the Cost Cutters located in the Hibbing Wal-Mart. I am glad I did. Rachael is the assistant manager(soon to be manager I understand), and she is all that I would have expected in a stylist and MORE. For anyone who has a sensitive scalp I recommend Rachael. A child who is afraid of haircuts would have a positive experience with Rachael. She takes all the time she needs to give you the best experience. This is what I paid for: $6.00 - Shampoo/Conditioner (Otherwise, the stylist will spray your hair with water. I suppose like a barber would do. Right?) $16.95 - Adult Haircut (Advertised price on wall behind cash register) $6.00 - Styling ( I had finishing oil. flat iron, and hair spray) Rachael listened to what I like, and did exactly what I wanted. She made sure I knew there was an extra charge for this service While I was having my hair done, I found out that Rachael and her associate are the only two working in this Cost Cutters salon. They both work long hours 6, maybe even 7, days a week. You couldn't tell by the calm demeanor of each stylist. I hope the company supports their good efforts by hiring more stylists soon.

Amazing Service! Kayla did a FAB job,on my son's hair and even fit me in for a quick trim. Kayla was professional, knowledgeable even giving me a Professional Prescription aka a list of the products reccomended for mine and my sons hair! If you need a great cut go see Kayla...psst Tuesdays are $10 precision cuts!
