I went in this great clips in 80 th st. last june 2 -22. I went there few times but always with a different women. I registered with a certain girl she didnt get my phone number clearly so I put it my self and I sit as there is three people that came in and they emmedeately cut their hair . In my mind maybe this people log in on line which is fine with me. My brother in law was done then this hair cutter ask me and I told her I am waiting for a hair cut and I told this girl that maybe the other girl didnt understand my accent as I am asians so maybe she thought I dont need a haircut , and that is natural if other people dont understand my accent she became aggressive and raise her voice and said we don,t have that here!! I dont know what she meant! I need a hircut not to be screamed at by this great clips hair cutter gosh! what a B! so I said I will wait she said this is not the good time so I said thank you and left. what a place!! ur customer service is soo bad!

My boyfriend, grandma and I all went in for a haircut. We were greeted by a very snarky hair dresser. My grandma wanted to take some action and order for all of us, and answer some questions, but when she couldn’t answer it fast enough, the hair dresser got an attitude and slightly raised her voice at my grandma. My boyfriend got seated down for his haircut and he told the hairdresser what he wanted, and she argued with him about “his notes”. What she didn’t know is that all of his brothers were on the same notes and got different haircuts. My Boyfriend has a fade on the sides and short curly hair on top, all he wanted was a trim on top and to shave the sides. Well she argued so much that she didn’t listen to him or look at the photo he showed her and shaved his whole head. I wouldn’t say to check off this place for a hair cut, because they have given my family some pretty good hair cuts. But this girl I have never seen and didn’t have any great customer service in her. I still like this place but you should never argue with a customer when your doing them service.
