My 13 yr old son just got the worst haircut of his life at the Grand Forks, ND location. We have come here before because we like the online check in as we come from outside town. Previously, his cuts have been adequate to good. The stylist did not listen to what he wanted and just buzzed his head all over - no style at all. He got outside and put a hat on immediately. He usually always gets compliments about his hair. Now he is agonizing about going to school tomorrow. Won't take this risk again and will share our experience with others. Poor kid.

"stylists" don't really listen to you and just basically cut your hair as they assume most men want in North Dakota. Both of my times here have been undwhelming with extremely little consultation as to what they will do. Service is garbage and the wait times are beyond what anyone should have to deal with. I appreciate being sent home with hair clippings all over my face. Spend your money elsewhere.

They are a little pricey....but the girls work on you to get you 100 percent satisfied with your needs..amazing customer service

I usually go here as a last resort. I like the online check in and the haircut is alright. However, I won't be going back. The lady cut my ear and didn't even apologize. Even though I have a very easy haircut, she was quite careless from the start. I felt her clip my ear but had no idea it was bleeding until she gave me Kleenex to wipe it after she had finished. Her focus seemed to be more out the window than her actually job.

I don't often write reviews but I had to today because of Jami. I had received an... unfortunate haircut at another place and needed it fixed. I got to the store 15 min prior to closing and they were busy but didn't complain about staying late to get everyone done. Jami was extremely detail oriented and the end product was great, even while cleaning up the last person's mess! The rest of the staff is always friendly and professional but I will be returning for cuts from Jami from now on!
