My new Hair Salon to go to. They actually listen to what you say. I have been trying to grow my hair out and this is the first place I have gone and when I say I just want about 1/4 inch taken off to clean up the ends, they actually do that. Much appreciated. Also like fact they have you facing the mirror so you can see what they are doing. Was just there this week and Alynn did and AWESOME Job! Thank you for listening to what the customer wants.

Great economical option for haircuts. Some of the stylists are better than others so it can be hit and miss on results. Do the online check-in to save time.

Last two times I’ve been there the stylist don’t listen to what I’m asking for. Both times they’ve taken off more than I’ve request when I’ve been very clear about what I want. This last time the styalist was not very friendly and took off 1.5-2 inches more than I specifically told her. She was visibly nervous which did not instill confidence. Love the great clips in Moorhead but not willing to drive. I’ll definitely not be going back.

Staff was friendly, wait time was quick, and prices cheap but that's the only reason I give 1 star. I feel like I got what I paid for... a mess! I requested my ends trimmed, face framing, and long layers. I never change how i get my hair cut. I cried when i got home and looked in the mirror... my hair is uneven and my layers look really choppy. The face framing looks between 1-1 1/2 inches longer on the one side compared to the other. I have had people take pictures of the back of my head and show me that I have a chunk of hair really long and a chunk really short compaired to everything right in the center of the back of my head. I learned my lesson and will not be going back there again. I should have followed my gut and left when she didn't have me part my hair before she started cutting it!
