Would not set up appointments for a wedding party to come in unless bride-to-be paid in full for entire wedding party ahead of time . I did not even have to do this for my own wedding and have not heard others having to do this for their wedding. Tried to cancel my updo appointment 2 weeks prior and the manager, Cary, was extremely rude, inflexible, and contradicted herself. Was unwilling to refund money to the bride who paid for the entire wedding party's appointments several months ago. She was not apologetic in a sincere manner, very snotty over the phone. Her staff was more sincere and kind when taking my first phone call. Had she been more sincere and apologetic in her tone I would have considered trying to make the appointment work, but due to her lack of professional customer service I would not trust getting my hair done here nor feel comfortable going to the salon. Just hope she is more mindful of how she talks with other new and existing customers, as well as her staff, and that she does not exaggerate and gossip to her clientele and staff about incident.
