Love the experience I had with Jess. She really knows her stuff. She took the time to get the desired shade of highlights I wanted. The atmosphere of the salon is so welcoming and there is something delicious to drink. I will definitely go there again.

I've tried several different salons in Rochester, searching for the right stylist who can handle my unruly curls. Jess runs a tight ship! She is savvy, facilities are like new, and prices are reasonable. I also love the online reservation system! It's super easy, and sends helpful reminders. Most importantly, I leave with a great haircut every time!

I needed a sophisticated new hair cut and color for my job interview. Jess spent a great deal of time with me helping me decide my new look and I have to say it's perfect, exactly what I wanted. Very glad I chose her salon.

Jess actually cares what it is that you want done with your hair. She tried her very best to make me happy, and I really appreciated her service. I originally went in for an ombre hair color, but it turned out a little too dark and I didn't like it. She wanted to fix it for me (no charge). I'm very happy with the results and she has definitely earned a 5 star from me. My hair looks great, she really knows what she is doing.
