Honestly have never been treated so snidely by anyone that works in a kids facility. My 3yo son is disabled and cannot sit on his own. When we arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment, I informed the stylist, Krystal, that he would need to sit on my lap. She replied by telling me it's too hard to cut their hair on a parent's lap, and that they have even 6 months old sit on their own. I explained he cannot sit on his own and she flipped her hand in the air as she walked away and told me she won't be able to appropriately cut his hair if he has to sit on my lap. I understand the caution she was giving, but her attitude was horrendous. Just because my child can't sit doesn't mean he can't understand what's being said. Maybe Krystal shouldn't work there if she can't cater to her clients needs.

I have been going to St. Cloud kids hair for about 5 years. I have always talked about their great service and recommended to friends and family. That is until today. We arrived 10 minutes late for the appointment (this has literally never happened before). The girl at the front was rude about the entire thing. I understand not having time but responding with “I only have time for one so pick” is quite literally one of the rudest things I’ve ever been told by a business. To make matters worse, my son received a terrible cut. I have always asked and been given the same cut. Today, she literally took a buzzer to his hair. I could have done the exact same thing for $20 less at my home.

Have brought my 2 children who are on the autism spectrum here, ever since their first haircuts. I took them once to great clips (just to save money) which was a huge mistake. While I wish the price wasnt so expensive, it is worth not having problems that we had elsewhere. The kids like watching the movies and the staff has been really patient with them considering they dont take verbal directions well and squirm a lot.
