I saw Katie D. today to help me fix what I messed up. I "tried" to touch up my roots myself and my hair turned orange. Katie got me in right away, worked her magic got me the beautiful blond color back that I wanted. She also gave me a super cute cut and style. I absolutely LOVE it! When I got home the look on my son's face was priceless. His jaw literally dropped open and he said "wow mom! She really did you right! That looks amazing"! I was so impressed with everything she did! Thank you Katie! I will definitely be back!

I had booked Katie D for a cut & color fun. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted to do for color this time around. I was excited with the end result. She did a wonderful job of picking out colors & highlights she thought would be complimentary. I loved how my cut turned out! I really like the location of this salon-down town WBL is awesome. The look of the salon is beautiful-you feel like you're in fancy salon, but everyone is so kind.

The massage I received was okay. She didn’t once ask how the pressure was and there were multiple times I squirming in pain. Her lack of lotion made for a lot of pinching and pulling my skin. On the other hand, the facial I had was AMAZING! So relaxing and my skin felt incredible afterwards. I would definitely go see her again.

Something wrong with facial staff she asked for me packages and prices. I choice the best one for 250$ (costume hydra facial)but when she did only skin vacuumed 😂😂 😂😂😂. At first before facial she should need to cleanser first makeup remover or something else. She asked to me not necessarily a lot of personal questions and can’t focus her job. If only skin vacuumed I can buy my self and I can do it by myself really well. I suspect and ask her how many steps for this , she told me that 6 steps but she did only skin vacuumed.
